In digital printing small drops of colorant, in water solution, are throws on the fabric for reproduce the design.
The viscosities of the solutions is very low, so, to prevents the enlargement of the contours, due to the capillarity of textile supports, and allow the perfect definition of the design, the fabric must be specially prepared by impregnation foulard with thickeners and products and subsequently dried.
Here we propose an automatic system for the preparation of such thickeners.
The system will measure out of the water and dust in the necessary steps listed in the program as well as to mixing at the correct speed.
